For over 150 years Watercress has been farmed at Goldings Estate we are currently restoring the historic Watercress beds. This superfood will shortly be available for purchase. Over recent years watercress has become more popular as a salad crop.
A champagne by the British Watercress Growth Association called ‘ NOT JUST A BIT ON THE SIDE ’ was fairly successful changing it from a garnish to a salad crop.
Our Watercress is from historic seeds dating back over 100 years and packs a powerful punch. If you like your salad peppery with a real kick this is for you.
